Lisa has over 17 years of experience with product, multimillion dollar consumer brands, and start ups. She has earned multiple awards throughout her professional career and in-depth hands on experience, advocating for high-quality experiences by building a deep understanding of user needs. Her strengths include taking ownership and executing on complex and ambiguous problem spaces, crafting user-centric strategies and solutions, leading design teams, partnering with cross-functional teams, and driving business growth throughout the product lifecycle.

Leveraging a systems, growth, and learner’s mindset, she easily partners with different levels and personalities, and uses evidence-informed decision-making and visual storytelling. As a leader for her team, she specializes in product experience vision and strategies, roadmapping, defining success for user and business goals (OKR’s, KPI’s, performance metrics), employing frameworks, utilizing design thinking techniques, and leading innovation workshops. Passionate about driving design excellence at a strategic level, she loves to lead and inspire high-performing design teams.

Lisa grew up in Bethesda, Maryland, received her Bachelor’s of Science in Graphic Design at Drexel University in Philadelphia.

She has also lived in Miami Beach and Madrid, where she learned to speak Spanish fluently. She now resides in the greater Washington D.C, area, where weekends are spent with her husband, son, family and friends, and in search of great hiking trails and the best pizza.
